No Return & No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and delivered.
Our products are customized gift & food items and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable to ensure safety, freshness, and hygiene for all our customers. Once the product leaves our facility, we are unable to resell or reuse it.
Order Accuracy & Quality Assurance
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, and order details before placing an order. Each order undergoes strict quality checks prior to dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.
Exceptions (If Applicable)
In rare cases where:
- An incorrect product has been shipped, or
- The product arrives in a visibly damaged condition due to transit

Changes or Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it can be cancelled with in 12 hours from order placed after that it cannot cancelled , modified, or refunded.
