Domestic Shipping Policy (India)
Shipment Processing Time
All Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. Please allow extra time for delivery. In case of a significant delay, We will notify You via email or telephone.
Delivery Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond Our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes / Addresses
Bellca Premium Gifting ships to addresses within India and to selected international destinations. Shipping availability may vary by location.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once Your Order has been shipped, You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing tracking details. Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Bellca Premium Gifting is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applied to international Orders. All such fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Bellca Premium Gifting is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If You receive Your Order in a damaged condition, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
